                       despite of energy potential saving to be obtained. 
                       Therefore, this paper analyzes the impact of the building
                       water supply systems reforms on energy consumption and its
                       financial and economic profitability, both a representative
                       sample and the consolidated city of Zaragoza.  Results show
                       how profits to be obtained depend on building’s water
                       supply systems characteristics.",
