The exploitation and management of their assets are useful for their achievements. The City Council of Zaragoza is a complex organization with a large organizational structure that runs and manages a very large district with an estimated population of 700,000 the fifth-most populous in Spain. To do this, the City Council relies on its local assets: public domain assets and property assets, whose utilization, exploitation and management fulfill the assigned purpose: satisfying the needs of city residents.
