In this work the reliability of beat-to-beat measures using low sampling frequency is quantified with respect to the original high sampling rate. ECG recordings originally at 1000 Hz, including intensive care patients data, were downsampled to 500 Hz and to 250 Hz. Automatic delineation was applied to extract beat-to-beat intervals. The reliability was measured considering concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC); the Information-based measure of disagreement (IBMD) was used for agreement quantification. High reliability and low disagreement were generally found. Using the conventional interpretation excellent consistency was found at 250 HZ for more than 68%, 50%, 50% and 58% of the cases for RR, RT, QT and QTc, respectively. Results indicate that at 250 Hz RR, RT, QT and QTc measures are still reliable compared with the values at 1000 Hz. 000063100 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/T96$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/FEDER/UID/MAT/00144/2013$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO/TEC2013-42140-R 000063100 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/ 000063100 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObject$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000063100 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0001-7755-5002$$aAlmeida, Rute 000063100 700__ $$aSilva, Marta João 000063100 700__ $$aRocha, Ana Paula 000063100 773__ $$g42 (2016), 689-692$$pComput. cardiol.$$tComputing in Cardiology$$x2325-8861 000063100 8564_ $$s747045$$uhttps://zaguan.unizar.es/record/63100/files/texto_completo.pdf$$yVersión publicada 000063100 8564_ $$s108642$$uhttps://zaguan.unizar.es/record/63100/files/texto_completo.jpg?subformat=icon$$xicon$$yVersión publicada 000063100 909CO $$ooai:zaguan.unizar.es:63100$$particulos$$pdriver 000063100 951__ $$a2018-11-23-10:32:51 000063100 980__ $$aARTICLE
