Notas: In the present final degree project, we have tried to investigate emotional intelligence and mindfulness, as well as the benefits of developing this perspective in the educational field. The methodology used has been determined and the theoretical foundation of it has been exposed, which has been done using scientific documents extracted from various documentary sources. Subsequently, a compilation of the benefits provided by the use of emotional intelligence programs in the students has been made and a possible didactic intervention proposal has been made, aimed at the sixth year of primary education, using one of them as a base. Finally, the achievement of the objectives set for the final degree project and its conclusions has been analyzed.
