Notas: With the comment of the STS of March 1, 2016, it is intended to analyze the causes that can lead to the modification of the compensatory pension, as well as the circumstances that lead to its extinction. In particular, it´s a study of the circumstances involving the alteration of the economic situation of the beneficiary by which the claimant requires the modification and extinction of the compensatory pension, namely: Perception of An inheritance for the amount of ninety-two thousand euros; payment of the retirement pension in the near future, and income obtained by the management of the assets awarded in the liquidation of the partnership.
