Los caminos de la muerte en la Hispania romano-céltica: densidad semántica y comunicación religiosa

Resumen: El propósito de este trabajo es indagar en diversas imágenes que tienen en mi opinión una densidad semántica especial para documentar las vías de acceso al Más Allá entre las poblaciones de la Hispania romanocéltica, a través de dos itinerarios esenciales: la vía acuática y la vía aérea. Se trata de iconografías en parte alternativas a la koiné helenístico-romana, características de un momento de cambio cultural, que hay que considerar ya en el horizonte romano provincial.
This paper aims to analyze diverse images with a special semantic density to express the different ways of journey to the Other World among the peoples of Romano-Celtic Hispania, namely the transit over water and through the air. These iconographies are alternative to the HellenisticoRoman koiné, corresponding to a moment of cultural change, and have to be already considered within the Roman provincial contex.
