Resumen: Se trata de una asignatura optativa de final de grado que permite al estudiante completar aspectos de la gestión empresarial que son relevantes para la gestión de la empresa en la sociedad actual, pero que reciben menos atención en los cursos troncales de la carrera, como por ejemplo, la responsabilidad social de la empresa, la relevancia de las formas de propiedad y de gobierno, los conflictos potenciales entre gestión ética y gestión orientada a maximizar el beneficio, el emprendimiento social, la gestión de intangibles, etc. Se imparte en los Campus de Zaragoza-Paraíso, Huesca y Teruel.

Abstract: It’s an optional course at the end of the degree that allows the student to complement management topics that are relevant for business within the present society, but that receive less attention in the core courses of the degree, such as, corporate social responsibility, the importance of ownership and governance, potential conflicts between ethics and profit maximization, social entrepreneurship, management of intangible assets, etc. It is taught in the Zaragoza-Paraíso Campus.
