Resumen: Breve presentación de la asignatura La asignatura tiene 6 créditos ECTS. La asignatura está dirigida a que el estudiante se familiarice con las diferentes técnicas de gestión de la calidad, el aseguramiento de la calidad y los sistemas de gestión de calidad en las organizaciones, tanto desde el punto de vista de la producción industrial, de servicios o de cualquier organización que ejecuta procesos.
