El presente proyecto recoge el diseño de una investigación que, tiene como objetivo principal verificar la eficacia de un tratamiento cognitivo-conductual para reducir el índice de gravedad, el índice de malestar y sintomatología asociada en personas con abuso o dependencia al alcohol. Para ello se utilizará un diseño experimental de grupo control aleatorio, siendo la muestra total de 120 personas.
