In this article, the characterisation of an alternative pullulan source - the stromata of Cyttaria hariotii E.Fisch. fungus - by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis techniques is reported. With a view to a possible valorisation of this pullulan and its derivatives as bioactive formulations in agriculture, low-molecular-weight pullulan (&lt;7 kDa) complexes with Mn(II), suitable for the remediation of Mn-deficiencies in winter cereal by foliar application, were synthesised and characterised by mass spectrometry.</dc:description><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/109112</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1080/14786419.2020.1831493</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/109112</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:109112</dc:identifier><dc:identifier.citation>NATURAL PRODUCT RESEARCH 35, 24 (2020), 6158-6162</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by-nc</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/es/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
