The purpose of this study, therefore, is to evaluate the perception students studying for the Degree in Primary Education at the University of Zaragoza and the Autonomous University of Madrid have of the value, significance, and importance of the sustainability of musical cultural heritage. This non-experimental and descriptive research is based on the statistical descriptive method, with a sample of n = 202 preservice teachers. A questionnaire consisting of fifteen items was designed and validated as a data collection instrument. The data analysis shows differences in the analyzed categories and points to the need to take action to solve them. It also reveals the importance students attach to musical cultural heritage, to including it in the curricula of the various educational stages, and to the need to protect it as an essential requirement for sustainable development. 000117673 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/S50-20R$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO-AEI-FEDER/PID2020-115288RB-I00 000117673 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/ 000117673 590__ $$a3.9$$b2022 000117673 592__ $$a0.664$$b2022 000117673 591__ $$aENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES$$b114 / 275 = 0.415$$c2022$$dQ2$$eT2 000117673 591__ $$aENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES$$b48 / 128 = 0.375$$c2022$$dQ2$$eT2 000117673 591__ $$aGREEN & SUSTAINABLE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY$$b34 / 46 = 0.739$$c2022$$dQ3$$eT3 000117673 591__ $$aGREEN & SUSTAINABLE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY$$b5 / 9 = 0.556$$c2022$$dQ3$$eT2 000117673 593__ $$aGeography, Planning and Development$$c2022$$dQ1 000117673 593__ $$aEnergy Engineering and Power Technology$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 593__ $$aEnvironmental Science (miscellaneous)$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 593__ $$aRenewable Energy, Sustainability and the Environment$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 593__ $$aHardware and Architecture$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 593__ $$aManagement, Monitoring, Policy and Law$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 593__ $$aComputer Networks and Communications$$c2022$$dQ2 000117673 594__ $$a5.8$$b2022 000117673 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/article$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000117673 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0001-8367-4497$$aHernández-de la Cruz, José Manuel$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000117673 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-3023-4516$$aAso, Borja$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000117673 700__ $$aCiriza, Carlos D. 000117673 7102_ $$14013$$2210$$aUniversidad de Zaragoza$$bDpto.
