These reports can assist to design marketing campaigns by means of identifying the best places to catch the attention of customers. Activity patterns are estimated with process mining techniques and the key information of localization. Localization is obtained with a parallelized solution based on WiFi fingerprint system to speed up the solution. In agreement with the best practices for human evaluation of natural language generation systems, the linguistic quality of the generated report was evaluated by 41 experts who filled in an online questionnaire. Results are encouraging, since the average global score of the linguistic quality dimension is 6.17 (0.76 of standard deviation) in a 7-point Likert scale. This expresses a high degree of satisfaction of the generated reports and validates the adequacy of automatic natural language textual reports as a complementary tool to process model visualization. © 2021, The Author(s). 000121112 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MCIU/RED2018-102641-T$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MICINN/RTI2018-099646-B-I00$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO/TIN2017-84796-C2-1-R$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO/TIN2017-90773-REDT 000121112 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/ 000121112 590__ $$a3.6$$b2022 000121112 592__ $$a0.72$$b2022 000121112 591__ $$aCOMPUTER SCIENCE, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING$$b32 / 108 = 0.296$$c2022$$dQ2$$eT1 000121112 593__ $$aMedia Technology$$c2022$$dQ1 000121112 591__ $$aENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC$$b107 / 274 = 0.391$$c2022$$dQ2$$eT2 000121112 593__ $$aSoftware$$c2022$$dQ2 000121112 591__ $$aCOMPUTER SCIENCE, THEORY & METHODS$$b33 / 111 = 0.297$$c2022$$dQ2$$eT1 000121112 593__ $$aComputer Networks and Communications$$c2022$$dQ2 000121112 591__ $$aCOMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS$$b82 / 158 = 0.519$$c2022$$dQ3$$eT2 000121112 593__ $$aHardware and Architecture$$c2022$$dQ2 000121112 594__ $$a6.1$$b2022 000121112 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/article$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000121112 700__ $$aChapela-Campa, David 000121112 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-6584-7259$$aÁlvarez, Pedro$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121112 700__ $$aHernández, Noelia 000121112 700__ $$aMucientes, Manuel 000121112 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0001-5549-7649$$aFabra, Javier$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121112 700__ $$aLlamazares, Ángel 000121112 700__ $$aLama, Manuel 000121112 700__ $$aRevenga, Pedro A. 000121112 700__ $$aBugarín, Alberto 000121112 700__ $$aGarcía-Garrido, Miguel A. 000121112 700__ $$aAlonso, José M. 000121112 7102_ $$15007$$2570$$aUniversidad de Zaragoza$$bDpto.
