This reactor produces methane from renewable H2 (i.e. surplus electricity) and high CO2 concentration sources, as could be municipal wastes derived biogas (30%v CO2 + 70%v CH4). As catalyst, a supported (-Al2O3) Ni-Fe (7.5:2.5 wt/wt) was chosen. 

Se propone un reactor de lecho fijo mejorado por adsorción selectiva de agua con zeolitas LTA como alternativa a los reactores de metanización convencionales. Este reactor produce metano a partir de H2 renovable (es decir, excedentes de electricidad) y fuentes de alta concentración de CO2, como podría ser biogás derivado de residuos municipales (30%v CO2 + 70%v CH4).
