Methods: The first step was to design and develop the technologic community resource, the APP, following the steps involved in the process of recommending health assets (RHA). After this, a protocol of a randomised clinical trial for analysing its effectiveness and cost-efficiency as a HA was developed. The participants will be assigned to: (1st) usual treatment by the primary care practitioner (TAU), as a control group; and (2nd) TAU + use of the APP as a HA and adjuvant treatment in their recovery + three motivational interviews (MI), as an interventional group. An evaluation will be carried out at baseline with further assessments three and six months following the end of the intervention. Discussion: Although research and care for these patients are still in their initial stages, it is necessary to equip patients and health care practitioners with tools to assist in their recovery. Furthermore, enhanced motivation can be achieved through telerehabilitation (TR). 000121862 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/B21-17R-GAIAP$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/ISCIII/FIS/PI21-01356$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/ISCIII-RICAPPS/RD21-0016-0001 000121862 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/ 000121862 592__ $$a0.808$$b2023 000121862 593__ $$aHealth, Toxicology and Mutagenesis$$c2023$$dQ2 000121862 593__ $$aPublic Health, Environmental and Occupational Health$$c2023$$dQ2 000121862 593__ $$aPollution$$c2023$$dQ2 000121862 594__ $$a7.3$$b2023 000121862 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/article$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-1200-5904$$aLeón Herrera, Sandra$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0001-6565-9699$$aOliván Blázquez, Bárbara$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$aBenedé Azagra, Belén$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-5494-6550$$aMagallón Botaya, Rosa$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-0061-3312$$aGómez Soria, Isabel$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-4307-796X$$aCalatayud, Estela$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0003-2683-7346$$aAguilar Latorre, Alejandra$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-6409-9041$$aMéndez López, Fátima$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-5770-5146$$aPérez Palomares, Sara$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$aCobos Rincón, Ana 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-3252-076X$$aValero Errazu, Diana$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 700__ $$aSagarra Romero, Lucia 000121862 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-0078-0663$$aSánchez Recio, Raquel$$uUniversidad de Zaragoza 000121862 7102_ $$11006$$2255$$aUniversidad de Zaragoza$$bDpto.
