For both applications, Illumina technology is used by most public health laboratories; however, Nanopore technology developed by Oxford Nanopore Technologies has not been thoroughly evaluated. The aim of this study was to determine whether Nanopore sequencing data can provide equivalent information to Illumina for transmission clustering and genotypic DST for M tuberculosis.</dc:description><dc:date>2023</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/125303</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1016/S2666-5247(22)00301-9</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/125303</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:125303</dc:identifier><dc:identifier.citation>The Lancet Microbe 4, 2 (2023), e84-e92</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
