Perhaps the most striking frontier to emerge in the search for answers involves new physics at mass scales comparable to familiar matter, below the GeV-scale, or even radically below, down to sub-eV scales, and with very feeble interaction strength. New theoretical ideas to address dark matter and other fundamental questions predict such feebly interacting particles (FIPs) at these scales, and indeed, existing data provide numerous hints for such possibility. A vibrant experimental program to discover such physics is under way, guided by a systematic theoretical approach firmly grounded on the underlying principles of the Standard Model. This document represents the report of the FIPs 2022 workshop, held at CERN between the 17 and 21 October 2022 and aims to give an overview of these efforts, their motivations, and the decadal goals that animate the community involved in the search for FIPs. 000131675 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/CEX2019-000918-M$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/CEX2020-001007-S$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/FJC2021-047666-I$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/PID2019-105614GB-C21$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/PID2019-108892RB-I00$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/PID2020-103644GB-I00$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/PID2021-125331NB-I00$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/RYC2018-024240-I$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/HORIZON EUROPE/101086085/EU/Essential Asymmetries of Nature/ASYMMETRY$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/101028626/EU/ The feeble interaction frontier of flavour physics/FlavourFIPs$$9This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 101028626-FlavourFIPs$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/742104/EU/Axions: From Heaven to Earth/AXION$$9This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 742104-AXION$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/860881/EU/Revealing how hidden symmetries shape the universe/HIDDeN$$9This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 860881-HIDDeN$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/863313/EU/Highly sensitive detection of single microwave photons with coherent quantum network of superconducting qubits for searching galactic axions/SUPERGALAX$$9This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 863313-SUPERGALAX$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/951782/EU/Development of High Intensity Neutron Source at the European Spallation Source/HighNESS$$9This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 951782-HighNESS 000131675 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/ 000131675 590__ $$a4.2$$b2023 000131675 592__ $$a1.451$$b2023 000131675 591__ $$aPHYSICS, PARTICLES & FIELDS$$b9 / 31 = 0.29$$c2023$$dQ2$$eT1 000131675 593__ $$aPhysics and Astronomy (miscellaneous)$$c2023$$dQ1 000131675 593__ $$aEngineering (miscellaneous)$$c2023$$dQ1 000131675 594__ $$a8.1$$b2023 000131675 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/review$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000131675 700__ $$aBattaglieri, M. 000131675 700__ $$aBeacham, J. 000131675 700__ $$aBoehm, C. 000131675 700__ $$aBuchmüller, O. 000131675 700__ $$aCalore, F. 000131675 700__ $$aCarenza, P. 000131675 700__ $$aChauhan, B. 000131675 700__ $$aCladè, P. 000131675 700__ $$aColoma, P. 000131675 700__ $$aCrivelli, P. 000131675 700__ $$aDandoy, V. 000131675 700__ $$aDarmé, L. 000131675 700__ $$aDey, B. 000131675 700__ $$aDeppisch, F.
