In this article, we delve into the synthesis, characterization, and potential catalytic activity of four complexes utilizing both monodentate and bidentate ferrocenyl diphenylphosphane ligands (ppf and dppf), coordinated with two gold(I) metal centers, linked by either chloride or pentafluorophenylthiolate bridging ligands. This leads to the formation of cationic “self‐activated” precatalysts capable of initiating the catalytic cycle without the need for external additives. The catalytic activity of these complexes was assessed through a model reaction in gold(I) catalysis, specifically the cyclization of a N‐propargylbenzamide to produce an oxazole. In addition, we studied and compared the influence exerted by both the phosphane and the bridging ligand on the performance of these catalysts. 000132794 536__ $$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/AEI/PID2020-117455GB-I00$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/E07-23R$$9info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MICINN AEI/PID2022-136861NB-I00 000132794 540__ $$9info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess$$aby-nc$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/es/ 000132794 590__ $$a3.7$$b2024 000132794 592__ $$a0.981$$b2024 000132794 591__ $$aCHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY$$b95 / 239 = 0.397$$c2024$$dQ2$$eT2 000132794 593__ $$aChemistry (miscellaneous)$$c2024$$dQ1 000132794 593__ $$aOrganic Chemistry$$c2024$$dQ1 000132794 593__ $$aCatalysis$$c2024$$dQ2 000132794 655_4 $$ainfo:eu-repo/semantics/article$$vinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 000132794 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0002-5244-9569$$aPérez Herrera, Raquel 000132794 700__ $$0(orcid)0000-0003-0553-0695$$aGimeno Floría, Concepción 000132794 773__ $$g30, 10 (2024), e202303585 [9 pp.]$$pChemistry (Weinh.)$$tChemistry - A European Journal$$x0947-6539 000132794 8564_ $$s3834216$$uhttps://zaguan.unizar.es/record/132794/files/texto_completo.pdf$$yVersión publicada 000132794 8564_ $$s2752530$$uhttps://zaguan.unizar.es/record/132794/files/texto_completo.jpg?subformat=icon$$xicon$$yVersión publicada 000132794 909CO $$ooai:zaguan.unizar.es:132794$$particulos$$pdriver 000132794 951__ $$a2025-09-22-14:31:07 000132794 980__ $$aARTICLE
