Notas: For some years now, the intergenerational programmes have been spreading in our country, what will result in a new working model as regards the social issues. Going into detail about the analysis of the practice and taking a step forward into the knowdlege of the competences used by the professionals who take part in them, can not only ease the implementation of these programmes but also contribute to the developement of them in a beneficial way.In this job, we aim at exploring the competences that are developed by the professionals of an intergenerational programme. Its particular characteristic is that, among its participants, it includes young disabled persons together with elderly people: Programme called “Habil- edades” and managed by the city Council of Zaragoza.
