000145080 5203_ $$aEn este trabajo se realiza una recopilación y comentario de las sentencias dictadas por los tribunales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón en las que se trata algún aspecto de la responsabilidad «penal» de las personas jurídicas regulada en los arts. 31 bis y ss. CP. Sin perjuicio de las particularidades que presenta cada resolución judicial, esta recopilación sirve como muestra de la cada vez mayor importancia no solo teórica, sino también práctica que ha adquirido esta materia en nuestro país.
This work is a compilation and commentary on the judgments handed down by the courts of the Autonomous Community of Aragon in which some aspect of the “criminal” liability of legal entities regulated in articles 31 bis and following of the Criminal Code is dealt with. Without prejudice to the particularities of each judicial decision, this compilation serves as an example of the growing importance not only in theory but also in practice that this subject has acquired in our country.
