Para ello se han examinado los antecedentes de esta corriente ideológica en la protesta social ciudadana y se ha analizado la formación, estructura y participación del primer sindicato anarquista en el Ayuntamiento de la ciudad durante la II República. El trabajo detalla algunos elementos peculiares de la implantación del movimiento anarquista en Daroca, como fueron la alta participación de sus afiliados en la insurrección de diciembre de 1933 y la elevada presencia de concejales anarquistas en su Ayuntamiento durante el periodo del Frente Popular.El propósito final del trabajo es contribuir a la comprensión de este movimiento en un lugar específico de la geografía aragonesa y rellenar el vacío histórico existente sobre este colectivo en la memoria y cultura de sus ciudadanos.<br />This work aims to recover the memory of the anarchist movement in the city of Daroca (Zaragoza) during the first third of the 20th century by analysing its precedents in social protest, examining the creation, operation, and participation of the first anarchist union in the city council during the Second Republic, and collecting existing information about the repression of its affiliates after the coup d'état.
