Tipo de Trabajo Académico: Trabajo Fin de Grado
Notas: In the present study, the goal was to obtain an open footwear that integrates a foot orthosis (orthopedic insoles) inside the midsole of that shoe. Simultaneously, the use of 3D impression in the manufacture process and the use of lattice structures in the midsole production were request by the collaborating company. In order to develop the work, first of all, we started an investigation in the following issues: podology, footwear, biomechanical and lattices structures. As a result of this investigation, we could obtain different keys to develop a useful, feasible and functional design to accomplish with the goals of the Project. After that, we decide to build up a model developed over a real situation: a person who needs insoles. As a beginning, the foot shape and the general data of the patient were studied. Once finished this stage, a 3D model was built up using the “Solid Works” and “Ntopology” programs. In addition, using simulations designed by “SolidWorks”, we will check the physical endurance against to the efforts that the shoe will be submitted. Finally, a virtual prototype with its computer file was prepared in order to can begin the 3D impression. Con la colaboración de la empresa Orthocast S.L.
