To do so, I will take the award-winning work Théâtre D'opéra Spatial as an example and reference point, and analyze everything that happened surrounding it after learning that it was the creation of an AI. I will examine the relationship between AI and its work, leading to a new debate in which we must question whether AI is merely a tool or can be classified as an artist. This determination will be crucial, and depending on the approach, it will have different consequences for the future of aesthetics. After this analysis, we will delve into the AI's own creations, once again asking ourselves if those works are art. We can provide various answers based on the path we have chosen previously. Finally, we will stop to analyze the sense of strangeness that the works created by an AI can evoke. Throughout the work, I will also question the categories of art and authorship, as well as the more essentialist positions regarding them, and establish a social and aesthetic conception of the consideration of AI in art, whether as an author or a tool, drawing connections with authors such as Kuhn or Ortega y Gasset. 000147542 506__ $$aby-nc-sa$$bCreative Commons$$c3.0$$uhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/ 000147542 520__ $$aEn este trabajo trataré de dar un nuevo enfoque en el debate que surge acerca de la capacidad de las Inteligencias Artificiales para crear arte. Para ello tomaré como ejemplo y punto de apoyo referencial la obra galardonada Théâtre D'opéra Spatial y todo lo acontecido en cuanto a ella tras saber que era obra de una IA. Analizaré la relación de la IA en cuanto a su obra incurriendo en un nuevo debate en el que deberemos cuestionarnos si la IA es una mera herramienta o se la puede catalogar como un artista. Esta determinación será clave y dependiendo del planteamiento tendría unas consecuencias u otras de cara al futuro de la estética. Tras este análisis entraremos en las propias creaciones de la IA, deberemos plantearnos una vez más si esas obras son arte, podremos dar diversas respuestas en función del camino que hayamos escogido anteriormente. Finalmente nos pararemos a analizar el sentimiento de extrañeza que pueden llegar a provocar las obras hechas mediante/por una IA.
