Notas: This dissertation’s aim is to compare the first film of Blade Runner and the videogame Detroit: Become Human in terms of the Cyberpunk genre. It describes how the futuristic setting and the characters provide the ideal context for a Cyberpunk story in which themes such as post-humanity and the pursuit of a sense of self are present through the whole narrative. At the same time, some of the features that these works portray can be extrapolated to real life, and they are also analyzed in relation to the film and the videogame.
