Consequently, the objective of this succinct study has an aim observe and, once again, bring it over to the updated philologist with the innovations that nowadays exist about the theories relative to orality and writing in the period of origins of the Spanish language. For that, the following analysis is part of an approach to the founded data. All this, finally, to contribute to studies dedicated to the theories respecting the orality of juridical texts. En los últimos años, el creciente número de estudios sobre los textos en castellano medieval que se han ido editando, ha hecho que se tenga en el olvido el Fuero de Madrid. Es por ello por lo que este escueto estudio tiene como objetivo observarlo y, una vez más, acercarlo al ojo crítico de los filólogos actualizados con las novedades que hoy en día hay acerca de la oralidad y la escritura en el período de «orígenes» de la lengua castellana. Así, se ha pretendido teorizar de modo sutil el lenguaje encontrado y, a la par, intentar interpretar también ciertos datos encontrados.
