000151413 5203_ $$aInúmeras foram as transformações registradas no Poder Judiciário brasileiro, seja de aspecto interno em seu sistema de estruturação, seja por razão exógena como se denota com o advento da era digital e o aumento das demandas judiciais, consequência da facilidade com que passaram a ser realizadas as transações pessoais; os processos judiciais eletrônicos se corporificaram nos Tribunais como instrumento alternativo de escape a tais dificuldades. Em que pese a automação promovida, diante do aumento dos casos pendentes, objetiva-se, por meio do método dedutivo de pesquisa, identificar as inconsistências existentes no atual cenário, analisando-se como os recursos de Inteligência Artificial, Automação e a interoperabilidade podem se tornar alternativas interessantes à produtividade de atos técnicos, contribuindo para maior fluidez processual e garantindo a efetividade da prestação jurisdicional almejada por todos, verificando, inclusive, o custo benefício da modernização do Poder Judiciário em comparação aos gastos com recursos humanos e à amortização do impacto orçamentário, reflexo da crise econômica globalizada que alcançou os Tribunais brasileiros.
There have been countless transformations in the Brazilian Judiciary, either internal to its structuring system or for exogenous reasons, as can be seen with the advent of the digital
era and the increase in judicial demands, a consequence of the ease with which personal transactions began to be carried out; electronic judicial processes have become embodied in the Courts as an alternative instrument to escape such difficulties. In spite of the increased number of pending cases, the aim of the automation promoted is, through the deductive method of research, to identify the inconsistencies that exist in the current scenario, analyzing how the resources of Artificial Intelligence, Automation and interoperability can become interesting alternatives to the productivity of technical acts, contributing to greater procedural fluidity and ensuring the effectiveness of the judicial provision sought by all, including verifying the cost benefit of modernizing the Judiciary in comparison to spending on human resources and the amortization of the budgetary impact, a reflection of the globalized economic crisis that has hit the Brazilian Courts.
