This, coupled with the need to increase the installed renewable capacity implies costly investments to reinforce the distribution grid. Within this scenario, the use of new grid services, such as storage or flexibility services becomes relevant to maintain the safe system operation and enhanced hosting capacity, while at lower costs.
This work presents the results of the research conducted within the Beyond H2020 and DataCellar HE projects where a holistic toolbox for Distribution System Operator (DSO) is developed, intending to facilitate network planning by using new resources to maintain the grid parameters in situations with high Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) penetration.</dc:description><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/151705</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1049/icp.2024.2120</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/151705</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:151705</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/101069694/EU/Data hub for the Creation of Energy communities at Local Level and to Advance Research on them/DATA CELLAR</dc:relation><dc:relation>This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 101069694-DATA CELLAR</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/EC/H2020/957020/EU/A reference big data platform implementation and AI analytics toolkit toward innovative data sharing-driven energy service ecosystems for the building sector and beyond/BEYOND</dc:relation><dc:relation>This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No H2020 957020-BEYOND</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>IET conference proceedings 2024, 5 (2024), 642-645</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>All rights reserved</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://www.europeana.eu/rights/rr-f/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
