note = "The main objective of this undergraduate thesis is to
create the "Servet Zaragoza Hallucinations Scale" (SZHS), a
tool that allows for a precise analysis of hallucinations
and their different types. This scale aims to facilitate
the study of this complex psychopathological phenomenon, as
well as clinical interviews with patients and diagnostic
approaches. Hallucinations, present in various sensory
modalities such as auditory, visual, gustatory, olfactory,
and tactile, pose difficulties in their study within
current clinical practice. Therefore, it was considered
necessary to develop a scale that encompasses the entire
range of phenomena described in clinical settings and
surpasses the limitations of existing scales in the
scientific literature. To carry out this research, a sample
of 20 patients admitted to the Acute Psychiatry Unit of
Miguel Servet University Hospital in Zaragoza, under the
supervision of Dr. Día, was selected. The study focused on
a detailed and descriptive analysis of hallucinations in
this group of patients. The results obtained support the
hypotheses regarding the phenomenological complexity of
hallucinations. It is considered that a competent, useful,
simple, and reproducible scale has been developed, which
can be effectively applied in future research and clinical
practice. In conclusion, this undergraduate thesis focuses
on the creation and application of the "Servet Zaragoza
Hallucinations Scale" with the aim of improving the
analysis and understanding of hallucinations. This scale
provides a precise and practical tool for the clinical
evaluation of this complex psychopathological phenomenon.",
