                       novel, flexible and open calculation methodology allows
                       children to have a more dynamic and active role in the
                       process of learning basic mathematics, as they are the
                       protagonists of their learning by determining how to
                       decompose, seriate, classify, group, etc. , helping them to
                       reason for themselves, reaching the same result as in the
                       traditional method. In this work, I will focus on comparing
                       it with the traditional method, on knowing the criteria on
                       which it is based, its operation and its application in a
                       classroom of the second cycle of Infant Education, all of
                       this, starting from objectives to be achieved, and through
                       a proposal for educational intervention aimed at the second
                       cycle of Infant Education with different playful and
                       motivating work sessions for children to have fun while
