                       Objective: to estimate the levels of commitment to the

                       Material and method: 58 professionals responded to four
                       questionnaires: 1) occupational and sociodemographic data,
                       2) health reported, 3) Commitment to the work (engagement;
                       MBI-GS) and 4) areas of working life (AWS). Results: the
                       dimension of energy was mainly explained by the variable
                       load manageable, the areas of justice and consistency of
                       values did not appear to contribute to any of the
                       dimensions of the engagement. Conclusions: these workers,
                       although showing a load manageable, pose a risk of wear
                       given that the variables that can act as a protective did
                       not contribute to explain the model.",
