The emphasis is on stress factors, including classroom management, curricular and extracurricular activities, and working conditions. The primary objective of this study is to investigate how these stressors interact with one another and impact teacher well-being, as well as to determine whether any differences exist based on gender. A quantitative research design was used. Data were collected from 134 participants using a structured questionnaire and a snowball sampling method. Data analyses revealed moderate levels of occupational Stress and well-being in both countries.
