Sin embargo, el parto terminó siendo hospitalario y a través de cesárea en el Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias. This paper scrutinizes the Judgment of the Spanish Constitutional Court 11/2023, dated February 23, which determines the adherence to the Constitution of health actions following the compelled hospitalization of a post-term pregnant woman whose wish was to give birth at home, attended by privately engaged midwives.
