The sample consists of 297 Brazilian remote workers. Using a mixed-method approach, the findings reveal a 4-cluster pattern associated with the relationship between job wellbeing and job performance (i.e., 9-to-5, entrenched, engaged, and burned-out). Moreover, only high-performance patterns showed a relationship with the four categories of issues associated with remote work. Some issues are transversal to all groups, such as the Trade-off experience and the Adaptability process. However, Social exchange is only important for the entrenched pattern and the Lack of social resources is only linked to the engaged pattern.</dc:description><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/163865</dc:source><dc:doi>10.3389/fsoc.2025.1625831</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/163865</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:163865</dc:identifier><dc:identifier.citation>Frontiers in Sociology 10, 1 (2025), 1-9</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by</dc:rights><dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
