A comparison among the final products has been performed using DTA, TGA, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and thermoelectric characterizations. All the samples obtained by solution synthesis show a very important increase in ZT, as compared to the solid state prepared samples, due to a significant decrease in the electrical resistivity values.</dc:description><dc:date>2011</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/168130</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1016/j.jeurceramsoc.2011.03.008</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/168130</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:168130</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/PI154-08</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/T12</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/T74</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MICINN/MAT2008-00429</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>Journal of the European Ceramic Society 31, 9 (2011), 1763-1769</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by-nc-nd</dc:rights><dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed.es</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
