Microstructural characterizations have shown that all the Mg has been incorporated into the Ca 3 Co4 O 9
structure and no Mg-based secondary phases have been identified. Apparent density measurements have shown that samples do not modify their density until 0.05 Mg content, decreasing for higher contents. Electrical resistivity decreases and Seebeck coefficient slightly raises when Mg content increases until 0.05 Mg addition. The improvement in both parameters leads to higher power factor values than the usually obtained in samples prepared by the conventional solid state routes and
close to those obtained in textured materials.</dc:description><dc:date>2014</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/168162</dc:source><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/168162</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:168162</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/T12</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/DGA/T87</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>Boletin de la Sociedad Espanola de Ceramica y Vidrio 53, 1 (2014), 41-47</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by-nc-nd</dc:rights><dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed.es</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
