Notas: The aim of this research is to analyze the functioning of the Company for the Management of Assets proceeding from Restructuring of the banking system (SAREB), do an international comparison with other bad banks the financial and analyze the financial or economic situation of SAREB, observing his evolution in 2013 since his beginning in October 2012. Firstly, we start from basic concepts like what is Sareb, what stages we can find out in creating the balance sheet, what financial institutions take part in his shareholding, etc... After, we will make an international comparison with the bad banks of Ireland and Sweden with regard to the characteristics of Sareb, we conclude than NAMA and Sareb have a more similar profile than Securum and Retriva. Lastly, we will analyze different types of ratios to reveal that this company is heavily indebted, although it does not have problems of liquidity, and the negative financial income is weighing down the good performance of the operating income.
