Notas: This work is focused on a determined kind of teaching and learning process using a blending of routines and mind tools in order to acquire the curriculum contents. Therefore, it is necessary to create a constructive culture of the intellectual analysis within the classroom that enables the creative and critical thinking of the students. With that purpose the syllabus “LEE-CREACRITICAMENTE” has been developed essentially for its implementation and development in preschool education, so 5 year-old infants can find the adequate conditions to know and use their routines, skills and precise techniques in an accurate way. Those may be applied in any situation and with any kind of contents, which contributes significantly to the development of the pupils’ competences.
