The chapter selected, Reduce Stress to Increase Vitality offers an interesting summary of the effects of stress and diet on the health of individuals. This section has its own linguistic style that is not only incredibly informative, but also contains many specialized terms which make the writing colorful and engaging. The following written chapters take us through different phases of the process of translation, from the analysis of the previous Original Text to the definitive layout of the Target Text. It was constructed through extensive research, compiling a strong bibliography, revision, and linguistic analysis of the first drafts. First and foremost, I will reflect on the rigor of the translation process that accompanies a real translation order.
