based on a cycle of carbonation-calcination. This equipment
has an important problem which consists on the inability to
measure the flow of particles in a constant and
non-intrusive way. The main purpose of this project is to
implement an experimental study in the facility and a
theoretical model of tangential cyclones so as to solve the
main problem above explained. The result of the paper is a
correlation of the pressure drop as a function of the load
flow particles and the gas speed.",
