Notas: This work examines the factors that influence the success of the reality show, specifically the Big Brother program. This reality began in 2000 and is considered the first reality TV contest in Spain. His audience in the first edition reached 70.8 % share and can be described as historic. It is from the fourth edition when the audience starts to descend and disintegrates on other platforms, that is to say, it begins to produce a transmedia narrative of program content on other media. This study is based on the idea that what transmedia is a key factor in the success of Big Brother and from the interactivity of users in this type of competition a richer and interactive offering is raised and still lives in almost seventeen editions of this program.
