En él se presentan la evolución de la gestión de recursos humanos desde la segunda revolución industrial, las diferentes teorías de la motivación, el papel que juegan la cultura corporativa y el liderazgo en las organizaciones, así como la diferencia entre motivación y compromiso y sus beneficios. Para su elaboración, además de acudir a literatura sobre la materia, se han realizado entrevistas a una muestra intencional de 5 sujetos trabajadores para conocer sus opiniones y compararlas con el marco teórico obtenido. This study aims to understand the importance of engagement and motivation at work. It presents the evolution of human resources management since the Second Industrial Revolution, different theories of motivation, the role that corporate culture and leadership play in organizations and their benefits.
