Notas: Under current regulations, springs waters are those with underground sources that spontaneously emerge to the earth´s surface or that are captured by means of certain techniques. These spring waters naturally chracteristics of purity; those characteristics remain intact due to the underground origin of wáter, by means of the natural protection of the aquiferous against and pollution risk. Nowadays, spring water consumption in our society is progressively increasing, being one reason the apparently beneficial properties they are assumed to have. This paper aims to carry out a descriptive study about the analytical composition- specially the mineral components- of this type of water in two natural springs, one in Jaraba and the other in Cariñena. According to the results og the analysis, this paper intends to reason and argue the potential clinical applications and health benefits. All this following established procedures which regulate the exploitation and commmercialization of spring waters packed for human consumption.
