Notas: The intention of this project is to analyze a business using the balanced scorecard. This model allows us to manage a business linking the financial indicators traditionally used, and the intangibles assets it has. On this way, the balanced scorecard allows us to select the more suitable strategies for Adecco Foundation and change them into targets to search and do and finally, get the increase of the organization. The objective of the business is increase the growth and the performance, following the strategy with the best coordination of each area.
