Análisis y valoración de las medidas de protección social contra la pobreza energética en Aragón

Notas: Speaking of economic crisis is beginning to talk about the so-called energy poverty. This situation of poverty related to the consumption of energy is considered as a social necessity since it affects a considerable number of population. This is why public authorities are taking measures to meet this need. This paper aims to analyze and evaluate the measures adopted by the Government of Aragon. In order to do this, we have tried to know the factors of incidence in the energy poverty, character nature and scope of the measures to be adopted, as well as the impact of the same on the welfare and quality of life of the beneficiary population. Finally, to say that it is a work of exploratory character, an approach to the study of recently implemented measures with which it is intended to be contributing knowledge to the start-up process.
