Resumen: Análisis de Estados Financieros es una asignatura obligatoria de 6 créditos que se imparte en el primer semestre del 3º curso del Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Se ubica en el Plan de Estudios después de dos asignaturas semestrales obligatorias de Contabilidad Financiera en 1º curso y de la asignatura Estados Financieros, también obligatoria, de 2º curso. Su objetivo básico es el análisis de la información financiera, especialmente las cuentas anuales.

Abstract: The course and expected results correspond to the following approaches and general objectives: The subject aims that the student will learn to analyze and interpret the business financial information. They will also learn to design business actions and to make economic decisions about a company considering the results of the analysis and the differing economic agents. For doing so, this subject involves studying the different tools and techniques for the analysis, as well as, its application to the practice. It also requires detecting problems in the quality of the financial information that may affect to the evaluation of the financial and economic situation.
