Resumen: Breve presentación de la asignatura "Corrientes literarias contemporáneas" es una asignatura optativa de segundo curso de Periodismo impartida por los Departamentos de Lingüística General e Hispánica (Área de Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada) y Filología Española. La asignatura está concebida como una introducción a las principales tendencias, instituciones, géneros, autores y temas de debate del ámbito literario, desde un punto de vista a la vez teórico e histórico, a la luz de la actualidad informativa.

Abstract: Introduction. Brief presentation of the subject: "Contemporary Literary Currents" is an optional subject in the second year of journalism taught by the Departments of General Linguistics and Hispanic Studies (Department of Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature) and Spanish Philology. The course is designed as an introduction to the main trends, institutions, genres, authors and topics of the literary field, from a point of view the theoretical and historical time, in light of current information.
