La presencia de la asignatura dentro del plan de estudios de la titulación del grado en Ingeniería de Organización Industrial está más que justificada por la necesidad del cumplimiento de la normativa preventiva, por lo que es imprescindible el conocimiento tanto de la documentación obligatoria y sus responsables, así como de las medidas preventivas a adoptar para eliminar o controlar los riesgos existentes para los trabajadores. Todos los involucrados en el proceso industrial deben asumir su parte de responsabilidad preventiva y para ello es necesario que todos ellos cuenten con unos conocimientos mínimos preventivos que se desarrollan en esta asignatura.$$bBrief presentation of the subject Since the publication of the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks, one of the essential pillars of any business activity is to execute its processes ensuring at all times the safety and occupational health of workers.
