Las fechas establecidas han sido de 1993 a 2004, no obstante los crímenes continúan sucediendo sin ningún abismo de solución. El presente trabajo estudia los feminicidios ocurridos en la ciudad durante el periodo detallado anteriormente (1993-2004). A su vez, muestra las causas generales que propiciaron y que siguen ayudando a la continuidad de los crímenes. De esta manera, el narcotráfico que reina en la ciudad, el patriarcado, el cual rige su sociedad; la maquila, y la corrupción con la que se efectúan los casos, son observados de cerca. Para finalizar, se pone especial hincapié en la muestra de la impunidad de los victimarios y en la negligencia con la que actúan las autoridades, propagando una inseguridad a la ciudadanía juarense y gobernando una ciudad donde no existe la paz. Juarez City burst into the international media during the nineties when a series of femicides was produced featuring poor women, of whom were generally employees of the maquila. The dates established are from 1993 to 2004, nevertheless these crimes continue happening without any hope of a solution. The current work studies the femicides that occurred in the city during the aforementioned period (1993-2004). In turn, it shows the general causes that were brought about and continue facilitating these crimes. In this way, the drug trafficking that rules the city, the patriarchy, in which governs its society, the maquila, and the corruption, with which affects the cases, are closely observed. In conclusion, they put emphasis on the impunity of the murderers, in tandem with the negligence of the authorities, spreading insecurity to its citizens, and the governance of a city where peace doesn’t exist.
