Consequently the geometry of the 3D line can be recovered from a minimum of four image points. However, with classical non-central catadioptric systems there is not enough effective baseline for a practical implementation of the method. In this paper we propose a multi-camera system configuration resembling the circular panoramic model which results in a particular non-central projection allowing the stitching of a non-central panorama. From a single panorama we obtain well-conditioned 3D reconstruction of lines, which are specially interesting in texture-less scenarios. No previous information about the direction or arrangement of the lines in the scene is assumed. The proposed method is evaluated on both synthetic and real images.</dc:description><dc:date>2017</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/75594</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1016/j.patrec.2017.05.006</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/75594</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:75594</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO/DPI2014-61792-EXP</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO/DPI2015-65962-R</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>PATTERN RECOGNITION LETTERS 94 (2017), 30-37</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by-nc-nd</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
