In particular, we consider a zero-increasing property and we show an optimal normwise growth factor. Comparisons with other pivoting strategies for Neville elimination and with Gaussian elimination with partial pivoting of almost strictly sign regular matrices are performed. Numerical examples are included.</dc:description><dc:date>2018</dc:date><dc:source>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/78123</dc:source><dc:doi>10.1016/j.cam.2018.02.015</dc:doi><dc:identifier>http://zaguan.unizar.es/record/78123</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>oai:zaguan.unizar.es:78123</dc:identifier><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MICINN/MTM2015-68805-REDT</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO-FEDER/MTM2015-65433-P</dc:relation><dc:relation>info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/ES/MINECO-FEDER/TIN2017-87600-P</dc:relation><dc:identifier.citation>Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics 354 (2018), 96-102</dc:identifier.citation><dc:rights>by-nc-nd</dc:rights><dc:rights>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/</dc:rights><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights></dc:dc>
