Realizado por personas de barrios marginales que firmaban las paredes como forma de protesta, o para que personas de otros barrios los reconociesen. Pronto llegó a Europa como un movimiento juvenil de rebeldía. A causa de la influencia del comic, del cine, la publicidad… se generó un interés por realizar obras figurativas, naciendo el postgraffiti o street art. Al no tratarse de una grafía en la pared, las figuras atrajeron al público, surgiendo grandes artistas en el s. XX como Keith Haring<br />o Blek le Rat. El street art destacaría aun más en el s. XXI, teniendo a grandes personalidades como Banksy, Shepard Fairey con Obey o Boa Mistura. Personas o colectivos que toman los muros para darles otra apariencia, interactuar con el viandante y hacerles reflexionar a través del mensaje que hay tras la composición.<br />Graffiti is a discipline which started around the 70’s in Philadelphia and emerged in New York shortly after. It was realized by people from slums who tagged the walls in protest, or because they wanted people from other slums to see their tag. Soon, graffiti came to Europe as a young protest movement. Due to the influence of comics, advertising and cinema… an interest grew for figurative works, which lead to postgraffiti or street art. Street art attracted the public, making artists in the 20th century like Keith Haring or Blek le Rat world famous. Street art brought more artists to fame in the 21st century,<br />including Banksy, Shepard Fairey with Obey and Boa Mistura. They paint the walls to give them a new appearance.
